WHAT IS GREEN LIGHT KITCHEN?
The concept behind Green Light Kitchen combines our passion for green eating, clean cooking techniques and fresh approach to classic dishes. The light in our name comes from the light that we hope to shed on how good nutritious, simply prepared food can be and our founding location being inside of the Edison Tower. Rather than limiting our offerings by using terms like “deli” or “cafe” we decided to go with kitchen. The kitchen encompasses all elements of our concept. A kitchen is the place where family gathers, where great memories are made, and fun moments are shared. This is what we continually strive to provide to Beaumont.
The restaurant spotlights our Urban Cultivator and feature dishes that are produced with the fresh herbs and micro greens grown in the state of the art indoor farm. The Urban Cultivator is a new, innovative machine that will assist our crew in hydroponically growing many of the herbs and greens we use daily in our dishes.
Green Light Restaurants is a Southeast Texas based, family-owned & operated business, that thrives on enriching our community and the lives of our customers and employees. Our company is built on the foundation of great food, incredible service and a positive work environment. Green Light Kitchen encompasses all things local, fresh, and delicious!
